Enterprise Software Built on Production Experience

SharpStack Technologies is an enterprise software company based in Surat, India. We specialize in ERP systems, cloud infrastructure, and AI-driven automation. Our work is grounded in 16+ years of production experience and a delivery history spanning more than 3,000 businesses through our founding ERP background at Fraxinus IT Solutions.

We build systems that handle financial operations, manage critical data, and run core business processes. Our engineers have worked on production systems under real constraints—migrations, reconciliation engines, multi-tenant platforms—and that experience informs every project we take on.

What We Do

Our work spans three connected disciplines. Each informs the others—infrastructure affects system design, automation depends on reliable data systems, and enterprise software requires both to work at scale.

Enterprise Software & Systems

We design and build the core software that runs business operations—ERP platforms, financial systems, and complex backend infrastructure that organizations depend on daily.

  • ERP development and system migrations
  • Financial and reconciliation systems
  • Multi-tenant platform architecture
  • Legacy system modernization

Cloud & Infrastructure

We architect and manage the infrastructure layer—cloud deployments, migrations, and production environments built for reliability and operational control.

  • Azure cloud architecture and migrations
  • Infrastructure design and optimization
  • Scalable backend system engineering
  • Production environment management

AI & Automation

We apply AI where it produces measurable operational results—automating workflows, processing large data sets, and reducing manual overhead in enterprise processes.

  • AI-driven workflow automation
  • Intelligent document and data processing
  • LLM-powered enterprise tooling
  • Automated content and localization pipelines

Product Thinking

In addition to client delivery, SharpStack builds and maintains its own software products. This isn't a secondary activity—it's a deliberate part of how we operate. Building products that live in production under real usage forces better engineering decisions: tighter architecture, lower maintenance overhead, and a sharper understanding of what it means to own a system long-term. That discipline carries directly into the work we do for clients.

Real-World Experience

Our delivery history includes production systems for organizations across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. The work is operational, not theoretical—live systems managing financial data, enterprise operations, and business-critical workflows.

  • Migrated complex ERP systems handling multi-currency financial operations across business units
  • Built reconciliation and accounting data systems with strict accuracy and audit requirements
  • Designed scalable backend platforms supporting multi-tenant enterprise applications
  • Modernized legacy enterprise software to current infrastructure without operational downtime
  • Delivered production systems for international organizations across North America, Europe, and the Middle East
  • Architected financial data pipelines handling high transaction volumes with integrity constraints

Our Foundation

SharpStack was founded by Ishrar Godil, with 16+ years of enterprise software experience. Before SharpStack, that experience was built through Fraxinus IT Solutions—an ERP platform that served more than 3,000 businesses across industries, managing financial workflows, inventory systems, and operational data at scale.

That background is the foundation of how SharpStack approaches enterprise work. The depth of exposure to production ERP systems—the migrations, the data integrity requirements, the operational dependencies—shapes every technical decision the company makes today.

Why We Exist

Bad architectural decisions in enterprise software are expensive to reverse. A system built on the wrong foundation doesn't just underperform—it accumulates maintenance cost, resists change, and eventually forces a painful migration. We've been brought in to handle those situations, and the pattern is consistent: short-term decisions made without accounting for long-term operational cost.

SharpStack exists to give organizations access to engineers who treat enterprise software as a long-term operational asset, not a delivery milestone. Every system we design is evaluated against what it will cost to maintain, extend, and migrate—not just what it will cost to build.

Enterprise software carries real organizational risk. Platform choices, vendor dependencies, and data architecture decisions can constrain an organization for years. We take that responsibility seriously and structure our engagements to reduce that risk, not defer it.

How We Work

Four principles define how we approach every engagement—from initial scoping to production handoff.

Engineering-First

Every system we build starts from architectural discipline—clean separation of concerns, maintainable code, and patterns that hold under operational pressure. We don’t optimize for delivery speed at the cost of structural integrity.

Long-Term Thinking

We evaluate every technical decision against its total cost over time—maintenance burden, migration risk, and dependency exposure. Systems should remain controllable as they scale, not become constraints.

Transparency in Risk

We identify constraints and risks at the start of an engagement, not after delivery. Clients receive honest assessments of what is achievable, what is risky, and what requires more time than originally assumed.

Built in Production

Our experience comes from operating real systems under real conditions—not theoretical frameworks. We’ve debugged production failures, managed live migrations, and handled the edge cases that only appear at scale.

Verified Presence

Our delivery history, client feedback, and product ratings are documented on the platforms organizations use to evaluate vendors. The record is independently verifiable—not dependent on claims made here.
